Lynden Energy Corp. (TSXV: LVL) is an oil and natural gas company engaged in the acquisition, development, and exploration of oil and natural gas properties. Operations are focused on our Wolfberry and Mitchell Ranch projects in the Permian Basin, West Texas, and our Paradox Basin Project, Utah.

The Mitchell Ranch Project is comprised of a single lease covering approximately 103,400 gross and net acres. Lynden has a 50% working interest in approximately 68,400 gross and net acres located primarily in Mitchell county, West Texas. The balance of approximately 35,000 gross and net acres has been farmed out to a large, independent exploration and production company.
The Wolfberry Project is a major low-permeability oil play covering approximately 16,500 acres in the Glasscock, Howard, Martin, Midland, and Sterling counties of West Texas. The project is focused on production from the Spraberry and Wolfcamp formations, which are of Permian age and informally grouped to form the "Wolfberry" zone.
Paradox Basin Project includes two contiguous oil and gas prospect areas totalling 1,525,000 acres. Lease holdings in the prospect areas cover approximately 85,000 acres. The project is targeting gas production from the Gothic and Hovenweep shales and other Paradox Basin lithologies.
Lynden's mission is to continue to develop our existing asset base, seek acquisitions of producing and non-producing properties, and participate in additional strategic joint ventures. Management is highly committed to building shareholder value.
